It ain't got Post a clip

Privacy

Last updated September 30, 2026.

What we keep. One cookie with a random ID, so each person gets one rev per clip and one flag per comment. When you post a clip or a comment, we keep what you typed: the link, your headline, your name or handle, and your email if you gave one. Your email is never shown on the site and is only used to tell you about your clip. We also keep a scrambled version of your internet address (a one-way hash, not the address itself) to slow down spam.

The swag list. If you sign up to hear when the shop opens, we keep your email, which items you checked, and any shirt idea you typed. We use it for one thing: telling you the shop is open. When the shop opens, checkout runs through the print shop that makes the gear, and its own privacy policy covers your order.

Orders. When you buy something, checkout runs on Stripe. Stripe handles your card and shares with us what we need to send your order: your name, shipping address, email and what you bought. We use that only to make, ship and support your order. Stripe's own privacy policy covers your payment details.

Videos. Clips play from YouTube through its privacy-enhanced player, and nothing loads from YouTube until you press play. Once a video plays, YouTube's own privacy policy covers it. Thumbnails load from YouTube's image servers.

Ads. There are no ads right now. If that changes, this page will say so first, along with how to opt out.

Hosting. The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes requests and keeps short-lived technical logs to keep it running and secure.

What we don't do. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone except as described here or when the law requires it.

Kids. This site isn't aimed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Taking things down. Want your clip, comment, email or spot on the swag list removed? Write to hello@itaintgotnogasinit.com and it's gone.
