Shipping and returns

How it's made. Every shirt, hat, sticker and banner is printed when you order it, so nothing sits in a warehouse. Most orders ship within 3 to 7 business days.

Shipping. We ship to addresses in the United States. You'll see the shipping cost at checkout before you pay, and you'll get an email with tracking when your order ships. Inside the US, most packages arrive 2 to 5 business days after that.

Paying. Checkout is run by Stripe. Your card number goes to Stripe, never to this site. Prices are in US dollars.

If something's wrong. If your order shows up damaged, misprinted or not what you ordered, email hello@itaintgotnogasinit.com within 30 days with your order email and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you, your choice.

Returns. Because each piece is made for you, we can't take returns for a change of mind or the wrong size. Check the size chart at checkout before you order.

Lost packages. If tracking hasn't moved in 10 business days, write to us and we'll sort it out with the carrier or send a new one.

Cancelling. Write to us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll cancel and refund it before it goes to print.
